1. Detailed Site Inspection & Risk Assessment
We meet with the strata manager to assess building height, façade material (render, brick, masonry, metal), and common property access points (balconies, walkways, EWP zones). We prepare a comprehensive SWMS and risk assessment, ensuring full WHS compliance before starting work.
2. Soft-Wash & Purified Water Cleaning
Using purified water and low-pressure soft-wash technology, we gently remove grime, algae, and dirt without abrading surfaces. Heavy stains are treated with a biodegradable surfactant, lightly agitated, and thoroughly rinsed—leaving no residue.
3. Final Quality Check & Resident Coordination
After the rinse, we hand-wipe vulnerable areas (window sills, entrance façades) and conduct a final walkthrough with the strata manager or caretaker. Before/after photos and a completion report are provided for your body corporate records.
