1. Pre-Job Risk Assessment & Safety Setup
We begin with a thorough site survey, identifying roof height, façade type, anchor points, and any obstacles. Our team then installs WHS-compliant barricades, harness lines, and warning signage to secure the work zone.
2. Equipment & Access Preparation
Depending on building height and structure, we deploy rope-access gear or EWP platforms. All equipment is inspected, certified, and set up by IRATA-approved technicians, ensuring stable and safe access to elevated surfaces.
3. High-Level Cleaning Execution
Using water-fed poles, high-pressure sprayers, or low-pressure soft-wash systems with eco-friendly detergents, we remove dirt, moss, algae, bird droppings, and pollution stains. Our methods protect fragile surfaces such as glass, metal, and render.
4. Final Inspection & Customer Walkthrough
After all high-access areas are cleaned, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to verify that all specified surfaces are clear of debris. You’ll receive a full walkthrough with before-and-after photos, confirming satisfaction and compliance.
