1. Site Inspection & Safety Setup
We first walk the site to identify the graffiti type (spray paint, marker, stickers), surface material (brick, concrete, metal, glass) and any accessibility or safety concerns. We prepare a detailed SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) to ensure full WHS compliance.
2. Pre-Treatment & Paint Softening
Our technicians apply a biodegradable, eco-friendly dissolving agent or solvent to soften paint, ink or marker—reducing the need for aggressive scrubbing and protecting the substrate from damage.
3. High-Pressure Rinse & Debris Removal
Using commercial-grade pressure washers (2000–4000 PSI) or steam cleaning equipment, we rinse away the softened graffiti. For delicate surfaces (e.g., heritage stone), we use low-pressure rinsing and microfiber hand-scrubbing to avoid etching or erosion.
4. Final Inspection & Protective Coating
After removal, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough—hand-wiping any remaining residue and ensuring a uniform finish. We can then apply a protective, anti-graffiti coating or sealant to make future cleanup easier.
All methods comply with SafeWork NSW’s approach to WHS regulation.
