Our Facade Cleaning Process

1. Detailed Site Inspection & Safety Setup

We start with a walkthrough to assess facade material (brick, sandstone, cladding or glass), building height and access points (balconies, roof anchors, EWP zones).
We prepare a SWMS and risk assessment to ensure full WHS compliance.

2. Pre-Treatment & Stain Removal

Using eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning agents, we pre-treat heavy stains—like graffiti, rust or algae—loosening contaminants so they rinse away easily without harsh chemicals.

3. Soft-Wash or Pressure-Wash Rinse

For delicate materials (heritage brick, sandstone), we use a low-pressure soft wash. For tougher surfaces (metal panels, concrete), we apply a controlled high-pressure wash—removing grime, pollution and moss effectively.

4. Final Rinse & Optional Protective Coating

After washing, we rinse with purified water for a streak-free finish. If desired, we can apply a GECA-certified sealant or water-repellent coating to extend the time between cleans.

Absolutely. For every façade clean above 3 metres, we prepare a detailed SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) and risk assessment. All rope access work is IRATA-approved, and our EWP operators are fully certified. We can supply documentation for your records upon request.

Yes—always clean your facade before cleaning windows. Any runoff or rinse water from the facade will splash onto windows, which will immediately become dirty again if they were cleaned first.
