1. Site Assessment & Safety Setup
We begin with a rooftop inspection—identifying gutter blockages, moss patches, damaged shingles or flashing issues. A detailed SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement) is prepared to ensure full WHS compliance, and fall‐protection equipment is set up.
2. Debris Removal & Gutter Clearing
Using non‐invasive tools (hand scoops, gutter vacs, leaf blowers), we remove leaves, sticks and debris from gutters and downpipes. We flush gutters with purified water to confirm free flow and inspect for any leaks or cracks.
3. Roof Surface Cleaning & Moss Treatment
For roofs, we apply a biodegradable moss‐ and algae‐killer, allow it to dwell, then gently rinse with low‐pressure water. This prevents shingle damage while removing slippery, hazardous growth. Any loose debris is carefully cleared to exposed roof areas.
4. Final Inspection & Protective Application
After cleaning, we perform a final walkthrough—checking gutter integrity, flashing seals and roof condition. If desired, we apply a protective moss‐inhibitor or water‐repellent coating to extend the time between cleans.
All methods comply with SafeWork NSW’s approach to WHS regulation
