Our structured approach ensures every high-access project is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to site operations.
1. Site Assessment & Safety Planning
We begin with a detailed site inspection, assessing building height, access requirements, anchor points, and potential hazards. A tailored safety plan is developed, including SWMS documentation, exclusion zones, and risk controls to ensure full compliance.
2. Access Method Selection & Setup
Based on the site conditions, we determine the most appropriate access method — whether rope access for complex façades or EWP systems for controlled external access. All equipment is inspected, certified, and set up by trained technicians.
3. High Access Cleaning Execution
Using rope access, water-fed pole systems, high-pressure cleaning, or low-pressure soft washing, we remove dirt, staining, mould, and environmental build-up. Methods are selected to suit the surface and protect materials such as glass, metal, and render.
4. Final Inspection & Client Walkthrough
Upon completion, we conduct a full site inspection to ensure all specified areas are cleaned to standard. A final walkthrough or sign-off process is completed, with before-and-after documentation available where required.
All works are carried out in accordance with WHS requirements and SafeWork NSW guidelines.
